Howling Moon's Blackberry Sage is a rich full-bodied cider, made with locally harvested blackberries, wild Black Sagebrush, and of course, heritage apples. Earthy characters come from the plump ripe blackberries and distinct floral notes from the wild sage. Pairs well with roasted turkey and bold flavours of black pepper, cardamom and fennel. Blend with your favourite gin to create an aromatic martini.
Maker’s Series ciders are made by hand in small batches. These seasonal releases are crafted with infusions of botanicals and fruit from our family and neighbour farms in the Okanagan, BC. There are limited quantities available - order while you can!
