Howling Moon's Spicy Ginger Cyser is a medium-body cider with notes of earthy ginger and fresh green jalapeno. Made with heritage apples and sweetened with honey from bees that grazed on fireweed and apple blossoms. This refreshing cider pairs well with sushi, poblano chiles rellenos, Cajun shrimp bake, corn on the cob, and ripe pears.
Maker’s Series ciders are made by hand in small batches. These seasonal releases are crafted with infusions of botanicals and fruit from our family and neighbour farms in the Okanagan, BC. There are limited quantities available - order while you can!
